Sameer Is National Champion!

Sameer and I have been training for the past 3 years and I couldn't have asked for a nicer, more coachable person. The article prior on imagery turned Sameer's performance 180 degrees. From a mind that got nervous to a mind that welcomed it and made it his alley. I will soon write about the process but for now it's enjoy the moment and keep up the training and great effort :)
